Checking the AD-417 form

Help with Web Browser basics

	The information you entered has just been checked to be sure it complies with the CRIS requirements. If required information is missing or incorrect, a message box will display information about the problem at the bottom of the form information above the "save" button.
	To make changes or add information, go back to the previous page using your browser's BACK button, which is usually located in the upper left hand corner of your screen.
	When your information is complete and correct, go to the bottom of the page and press the Save information button. You must press this button in order to save the information! If your information is saved, you will see a Confirmation Screen which verifies the information you submitted for your site. * Note * This information does not go to CRIS until your administrative site contact submits it. If your site contact does not know that you are working on this form, you will need to notify that person when you have completed all 3 forms, the AD-416 Research Resume, AD-417 Classification, and CSREES-2008 Assurance Form.
